REAL CHANGE.

Circle of ideas

The Body is the Temple.

Through it, we experience the world and shape our place in it.

Our Approach is General.

Drawing from multiple disciplines to explore the shared foundations of the body and human movement.

A Balanced Practice.

We blend technique and improvisation, structure and freedom, strength and flexibility, supporting you in a wholistic transformation.

We Lead by Example.

Toufic Geagea is a movement teacher with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. He is himself a student in the first Human Movement Studies cohort with Marcello Palozzo. He has taught across Canada and Europe, sharing a principle-based, adaptive approach to movement.

Start Where You Are.

Whether in group classes, coaching, or workshops, the invitation is the same: offering a clear, adaptive, and thoughtful approach for you to reconnect with your potential.

Come as you are, use what you have and move like you can.
