Movement Practice Vienna Collaboration
A workshop with Toufic goes beyond technique — it’s a principle-based approach to navigating complexity and building lasting skill.
Participants will define boundaries and push limits through a progressive process that makes what once felt impossible more accessible.
The aim isn’t tricks — it’s process. Rewire how you relate to challenge, how you stay with effort and failure, how you build the capacity to face something you’re not yet ready to express.
You’ll leave with tools to deepen your practice, not just repeat it.
An exploration of limits, effort, and learning — with the body as both teacher and guide.
Find length, harness the stretch and make use of stored elastic energy to optimize movement in space
Combine speed and force, enhance the quickness of neuronal firing and optimize the athletic body for higher performance
Refine motor control, enhance accuracy of detection of subtle forces to optimize your actions and adapt quicker
Develop confidence through practice, redefine threat and learn to accurately define risk to manage physiological response

Toufic is the founder of Movement Circle Montreal and holds a BSc in Exercise Science. His journey began with sports, six years of fitness, and a growing love for improvisation and dance.
A pivotal shift came when he discovered Ido Portal’s Movement Philosophy 8 years go. He went on researching and practicing Movement with Marcello Palozzo in Austria, later joining the first cohort of the Human Movement Studies program.
Through both academic study and lived experience, Toufic continues to cultivate spaces where movement becomes a path to connection, expression, and self-realization—a journey he walks alongside his students.
