I first studied international business, but something in it felt incomplete—it was clearly not the right path. My movement journey had already begun early, with a background in sports, six years of bodybuilding, and a growing interest in improvisation and dance.
However, the pivotal moment came when I discovered Ido Portal’s Movement Philosophy, shifting my focus from performance and achievement to exploration and personal growth, it was then that I took the first step on a journey that continues to unfold today.
I embraced practices of all kinds, including slacklining, yoga, gymnastics, groundwork, handstands and continued to expand my experience. However, having no guidance whatsoever, I eventually suffered multiple injuries, which in the beginning help me back from practice but ultimately expanded my research and applied knowledge.
Seeking deeper understanding, I later studied under Ido Portal and Marcello Palozzo, joining his school in Austria and becoming part of the first cohort of the Human Movement Studies program. I then pursued a BSc in Exercise Science at Concordia University, complementing my practical experience with academic study.
My teaching began with rock climbing for kids and, within a year, expanded into building a Movement community for adults, leading to the founding of Movement Circle Montreal in 2023. My mission is to facilitate a student path for expressing their innate potential, optimize connections, and embark on their own paths of self-discovery—a journey I continue to walk alongside my students.
Now, is the time to blossom.
